Border Crisis Expected To Start

President Biden said that he expected the border situation in the South to be “chaotic for a while” as Title 42 expires today.  The expiration is expected to increase the number of migrants from Mexico. Currently as many as 10,000 migrants are detained at the border every day. Biden has said that he would consider adding additional troops at the border and met with Mexico’s President to address the crisis. He has blamed Congress for not acting to better secure the border and providing funds for additional troops.
