FOX News Settles Lawsuit

FOX News agreed to pay a whopping $787 Million to settle with Dominion Voting Systems. Dominion was suing FOX for $1.6 billion for false claims about election fraud in 2020.  As a result, FOX executives and on-air personalities won’t have to testify. FOX did not admit any wrongdoing or apologize, but did “acknowledge” the court’s finding that some of its election claims were false. One of Dominion’s lawyers said “The truth matters, lies have consequences”. News of the settlement was not mentioned on-air during last night’s FOX News broadcasts. It was one of the biggest defamation awards ever.
