Messi Leads Argentina To World Cup Final

On Tuesday night, Lionel Messi led Argentina to playing in the 2022 World Cup Final in Qatar. Argentina will be heading to the final match of the World Cup series after beating Croatia 3-0.

According to Fox News, this is the first time since 2014 that Argentina has made it in the World Cup final, making it Argentina’s “sixth World Cup final appearance, tied third-most with Italy, but they haven’t won it since 1986.” Earlier in the week, Messi announced that this will be his last World Cup, and beating Croatia has brought him closer to finishing his time in the World Cup with a trophy. Argentina will be facing France in the 2022 final match on Sunday December 18th at 10:00 a.m.
