2022 Midterm Election Takeaways

The 2022 United States midterm election voting has ended, and here are the results so far. Currently the GOP has control over both the Senate and House of Representatives, besides losing seats. The Senate is split with the GOP having 48 seats and the Democratic party with 46. The House is split 204 seats for the GOP and 176 seats for the Democrats. However, both of these are still undecided.

There are still states counting their votes, and hopefully results should be posted soon. Both Nevada and Arizona still have open polls, Nevada for a Senate seat and Arizona for Governor. Georgia will have a Senate runoff on December 6, so the open seat will be decided then.
