Biden Delivers Speech Regarding Democracy

During a speech about Midterm elections earlier this week, President Joe Biden shared some words about the importance of democracy. He included the attack on House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s home just a few days before his speech. The attackers entered the house from the back door and asked Pelosi’s husband “Where is Nancy?” before attacking him with a hammer.

In the Democratic National Committee speech, President Biden said that “American democracy is under attack,” and it is the voters responsibility to fight back at the ballot box. Biden has been no stranger to announcing what he believes to be a threat to American Democracy, and this speech was no different. He asks voters to consider whether their vote will either preserve or destroy democracy.
