Supreme Court Rules Lindsey Graham Must Testify

Earlier today, the Supreme Court rejected the request from Senator Lindsey Graham to not have to testify on the allegations of his involvement in the 2020 presidential election. Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis takes this decision as a huge victory. Willis is involved in the investigation of Graham’s phone calls to Georgia election officials when the voting results came out.

The subpoena for Graham to speak is now back in working order, however Graham can refuse to answer some of the questions using his Fifth Amendment right. Graham could now face questioning as early as November 17, 2022.
