Richard Allen Faces Two Counts of Murder

More than five years after their deaths, Richard Allen has finally been taken into custody for the murders of 14 year old Liberty German and 13 year old Abigail Williams. This incident occurred in Delphi, Indiana and has left the community shaken for years. State Police Superintendent Doug Carter has expressed that this investigation is far from over, and the justice system will reign supreme.

How they died has not been disclosed, but they were last seen after being dropped off at a hiking trail just outside of Delphi, their bodies were found the next morning. Libby’s grandmother, Becky Patty, spoke about how Allen had processed photos of the girls at the CVS he worked at and didn’t charge them for the pictures. A judge found probable cause and Allen was arrested on Friday.
