Iran Agrees to Send More Missiles to Russia

Iran has agreed to send more missiles and military weapons over to Russia to help aid them in their war against Ukraine. The Russia Ukraine war started in February when Russia invaded Ukraine and started taking over cities.

Iran’s First Vice President Mohammad Mokhber took a trip to Moscow on October 6 to meet with Russian leaders to talk about the delivery of weapons. This was an action both sides knew would upset the US. According to an Iranian diplomat, Iran agreed to send over surface-to-surface short range ballistic missiles, specifically the Fateh and Zolfaghar missiles. These missiles are capable from striking at distances of 186 and 435 miles.
