FSU Takes Win Over LSU 24-23
On Sunday night, Florida State University football won 24-23 against Louisiana State University. The sold out game took place at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, and was packed with both team’s fans.
FSU had the lead the entirety of the game, but at the end of the 4th quarter, LSU attempted to tie it. According to CBS Sports, “LSU quarterback Jayden Daniels hit Jaray Jenkins for a 2-yard touchdown with 1 second remaining to score what was seemingly the game-tying score.” The Tigers brought the score from 24-17 to 24-23, but missed the opportunity to tie the game and go into overtime. The field goal kick was blocked by the Seminoles, and the game ended with a win for FSU.
