Britney Spears and Elton John Collab for ‘Hold Me Closer’

After 13 years stuck in a conservatorship, pop artist Britney Spears has just regained her footing in the music industry and collaborated with Elton John on song ‘Hold Me Closer’. Six years after her last album, this collaboration is huge for Spears and all she’s been through in the last 13 years.

Just before the release of ‘Hold Me Closer’ Spears released a Tweet saying that “every day is a clean slate to try and be a better person and do what makes me happy.” Elton John has been nothing short of supportive in this process with Spears. He revealed that he was inspired to work with Spears, and he hopes this new release will give her some new confidence she deserves.
