Nancy Pelosi’s Husband Sentenced to 5 Days

Paul Pelosi, husband to Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, has just been sentenced to 5 days in prison after pleading guilty to a DUI. Pelosi’s plea came on Tuesday in regards to his drunk driving in May.

Pelosi stood before Judge Joseph Solga who sentenced him to 5 days, but gave credit for two days already served and another two for conduct credit. The one remaining day the Pelosi will serve is going to be through a court work program. He will be on probation for 3 years and will face upwards of $1,700 in fines. These precautions, along with an interlock ignition device planted in his car for a year, are all to ensure this never happens again.
