Images of Jupiter Released by James Webb Telescope
NASA’s James Webb Telescope has just released images of Jupiter, and even scientists are amazed at what they found. The telescope captured images of auroras, galaxies, and storms all surrounding Jupiter.
The images have hues of orange and yellow at the poles and blues and purples near the center, with the Great Red Spot on full display. Since Jupiter spins so quickly, the telescope had to capture a composite image of how the planet works so that scientists could discern it. The image sums up Jupiter’s dynamics and chemistry, along with its rings and satellite system.
