Judge Rules Evidence for the Search of Trump’s Mar-a-Lago Home Reliable

The federal magistrate that authorized the FBI search of former president Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence has just rendered the evidence collected ‘reliable’. Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart reviewed the provided affidavit that went along with the FBI’s evidence from the search of Mar-a-Lago.

Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart wrote a 13 page order detailing his opinions and reasoning for considering the release of parts of the affidavit to the public. Judge Reinhart had even gone as far to say “I was — and am — satisfied that the facts sworn by the affiant are reliable,” in his order. He will convene with the Justice Department about unsealing parts of the affidavit.
