Mariners Take a 6-2 Win Over Angels in 9th-Inning Rally

On Monday night, the Seattle Mariners took a 6-2 win against the Los Angeles Angels in a 9th inning rally. The rally win was thanks to a number of plays made by the Mariners, as CBS Sports reported they scored “four runs in the top of the ninth inning.”

According to CBS Sports, Angels interim manager Phil Nevin reacted to his team’s loss by saying the Angels “made some bad decisions, some bad throws. We didn’t execute a rundown. Yeah, it wasn’t good.” On Tuesday, the teams will face each other again in Anaheim, California.
