Explosion Hits Military Depot in Crimea

Russian controlled Crimea has just been rocked by an explosion on its ammunition depot. This is the second incident like this to occur within the week. The Russian ministry of defense calls this an act of sabotage by Ukraine since Russia has claimed much of their territory.

Over 2,000 residents had to be evacuated during this time, but only two people were reported injured in the strike. Ukraine did not claim responsibility for this incident, but a Ukrainian presidential advisor spoke about the demilitarization in action.

Just last Tuesday, an airstrike off of Crimea’s west coast destroyed at least eight aircrafts and infrastructure at a Russian claimed base.
