New Wakanda Forever Trailer Pays Tribute to Chadwick Boseman

On Saturday, Marvel released the new Wakanda Forever teaser trailer, which pays tribute to Chadwick Boseman. In 2020, Chadwick Boseman passed away at the age of 43 from battling cancer. Boseman played Black Panther, leaving many fans in speculation of how the sequel to the first movie would be made.

According to CNN, the teaser trailer played at San Diego Comic-Con, was two minutes in duration, and includes “hope, the birth of new life (literally) and a glimpse at the future, with a clawed sneak peek of a new suited hero.” In the trailer, it is clear that the film will have aspects paying homage to T’Challa, the character Boseman played. The film is set to hit theaters on November 11th.
