Record Breaking European Heat Wave Moves East

The record breaking temperatures and wildfires ravishing across France, Spain, and Portugal have now moved East to their neighboring countries. The United Kingdom has taken a good brunt of the heat waves passing through the continent, as has just stood its ground against its hottest day on record on Wednesday.

The European wildfires were caused by a heat wave crossing over borders, now drifting into Scotland and Britain. The London locals are astonished that they are waking up to experience the same stuff they have been watching on television, despite their constant rainy weather.

The country has gone through a month with almost no rain, so these insane temperatures were enough to start fires across the cities. The London Fire Brigade responded to 2,600 calls, and fought 12 fires simultaneously. Unfortunately there have already been 41 properties destroyed by the fires, and the death of 13 people just trying to escape the heat.
