Stranger Things Surpasses 1 Billion Hours Viewed

Stranger Things season 4 has officially surpassed 1 billion hours viewed. According to The Hollywood Reporter, “the fourth season of the hit Netflix sci-fi series has surpassed one billion total hours viewed on Netflix worldwide, based on the streaming service’s own numbers.”.

Since the release of the fourth season, it has been reported that this season alone has gathered around 1.15 billion hours viewed. Season four was first released on May 27th, making the series have over 1 billion hours viewed in just 28 days. This is a huge milestone for Netflix. The only show to have higher hours viewed than Stranger Things season 4 is Squid Games with 1.65 billion hours.
