Sonny Barger, Leader of Hells Angels, Passes at 83

Sonny Barger, the famous creator of the Hells Angels motorcycle club, has just passed away at 83 years old. Barger passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer.

The “Sons of Anarchy” actor had a prepared statement to be released to Facebook immediately following his passing. The statement included his acceptance of his fate and how he lived a good life surrounded by the people and things that mattered most to him. In the end, Barger was accompanied by his wife Zorana and his loved ones. Barger lived the wild life running Hells Angels, even from prison at one point. The leader had a lengthy criminal record, including being put away for murder and possessing
narcotics. He stepped down from Hells Angels in 1983 when he found out about his
diagnosis of throat cancer.
