Judge Hits Homer in 5th Straight Game

The New York Yankees’ star right fielder, Aaron Judge, hit two home runs last night making it his fifth consecutive game with at least one home run. Judge started off with a three-run blast in the bottom of the second inning to give his team a 3-2 lead. The Yankees would lose the lead only to gain it back with an Aaron Judge two-run homer in the eighth inning to solidify a 9-7 victory over the Boston Red Sox. The 282-pound slugger joined Alex Rodriguez as the only Yankee in history to hit five home runs in the first eight games of the season. The entire clubhouse has been praising Judge, stating that he could be the most confident he has ever been at the plate. The Yankees have now won six games in a row leaving them on top of the AL East with seven wins and one loss.
