Premier League Football Returns Today
The long-awaited restart of Premier League Football (or Soccer depending on where you are) kicked-off with a match between Aston Villa and Sheffield United. Will Jack Grealish add to his goal tally and help push his club out of the drop zone or will Sheffield be as (Billy) Sharp as a Blade and take home the valuable three points in today’s match up. No doubt that fans are eagerly awaiting the start of Premier League matches. Manchester City, currently sitting in second place take on ninth place Arsenal at Etihad Stadium later in the day to wrap up the Premier League slate for the day.
Other matches of interest around the world include Borussia Dortmund taking on Mainz at Signal Iduna Park. Dortmund are second in the Bundesliga table and are looking to lock up a Champions League berth after crashing out against PSG earlier in the season.
